Tips to Get Buisness Visa for Australia

This temporary visa allows foreign skilled workers to work in the nominated occupation sponsored by the Australian qualified employers. This visa is valid for up to four years after it is granted.

There are 3 processing stages in this visa application:

  • Sponsorship: The employer must obtain approval as a standard business sponsor.
  • Nomination: The employer nominates an occupation from an approved list issued by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection for the visa applicant.
  • Visa Application: The employee applies for the working visa in the nominated occupation under the subclass 457 visa. This is the final stage to obtaining your subclass 457 visa.

Employer Nomination Scheme

The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa allows foreign skilled workers to work and live permanently in Australia in the nominated occupation for the approved Australian employer.

Each visa category is made up of 3 streams:

  • Direct Entry Stream
  • Temporary Residence Transition Stream
  • Agreement Stream

Regional Sponsorship Migration Scheme (subclass 187)

The Regional Sponsorship Migration Scheme (RSMS) visa allows foreign skilled workers to work in regional Australia. This is a permanent resident visa.

This visa has 3 streams:

  • Direct Entry Stream
  • Temporary Residence Transition Stream
  • Agreement Stream
